Collect from the warehouse yourself. Bring a vehicle with room to load — backdrops are six by eight feet and barrels take two people.

Want it set up as well as delivered? The done-for-you service is $500 per event plus your rentals, and covers the consultation, layout plan, delivery, full setup and styling, and teardown afterwards. Travel beyond thirty miles from Santaquin adds $1.25 per mile. See what is covered.

Church cultural halls
The room we have the most practice with. Backdrops over the stage, drape across the cinder block, bistro lights to bring the ceiling down, greenery on every long table — and suddenly it does not look like a gym.
Backyards
Lawn, patio and pergola. Bistro lights strung overhead, an arch or barnwood backdrop anchored properly against the Utah wind, and lanterns down whatever passes for an aisle.
Reception centres
Where there is already a look to work with, we add rather than cover — head table styling, centerpieces, signage and a ceremony backdrop that suits the building.
City parks & pavilions
Utah County pavilions are our summer bread and butter. Freestanding backdrops, weighted balloon work and everything sized to load in and out within a park booking.
Barns & rustic venues
Where the barnwood backdrops, whiskey barrels and lanterns feel most at home. Usually the least we have to do, and the most it looks like.
Homes & small gatherings
A kitchen for a first birthday, a living room for a blessing, a driveway for a graduation. Small events get the same layout plan as big ones.
Outside the area?
We do travel further for weddings — Juab, Sanpete, Wasatch and Tooele counties have all happened. Ask, and Ellee will quote the mileage honestly.
